What is AI Agent?

PostCo AI Agent uses artificial intelligence to verify product authenticity and detect discrepancies in the returns process.

It helps you prevent fraudulent returns, ensure the right product is received back in the right condition, and reduce manual checks - saving your team time and operational costs.

Once you have uploaded reference images, AI Agent will:

• Check if returned items match the reference images.

• Automatically flag or block the return if customer-uploaded images don’t align with your reference images.

AI Agent can identify:

• Packaging or boxes - checks that the correct packaging is used and is not tampered with.

• Tags and labels - verifies that product tags and brand labels are intact.

• Hygiene stickers - confirms that protective hygiene stickers are present and unremoved.

• Seals - ensures security or authenticity seals are intact and not broken.

• Product condition - detects damage, alterations, or missing parts.

• Original item verification - matches the returned item against the original product to confirm authenticity.

To set up AI Agent:

1. Sync all your products from Shopify.

2. Upload clear reference images for each packaging type.

3. Test and activate packaging checkers for each packaging type.

4. Test and activate fraud detectors to flag fraudulent or mismatched returns.
