Can my customers edit their return request?

A return request can only be edited if it hasn't been reviewed yet. Once the request is reviewed and approved, a return label is generated for the customer, making further edits unavailable.
To edit, customers just need to enter their order number and email address in the returns portal again. Then, click edit request to make the changes.
Note: You are able to make certain changes on behalf of your customers under certain conditions. Please view the below article for more details.
