How do credits work for AI Agent?

PostCo AI Agent uses a credit-based system. Each evaluation performed by the AI Agent counts as 1 credit.

Every AI evaluation is equivalent to 1 credit. During the return process, customers can upload multiple images for a single evaluation - this still counts as only 1 credit.

However, if customers re-upload images (for example, if the first set of images were unclear or too dark) and ask the AI Agent to run again, this will be treated as a new evaluation, using an additional credit.

AI Agent includes two Fraud Detectors:

• Product Condition Verification

• Original Item Verification

If both detectors are activated, customers will only need to upload their images once.
In this case, the AI Agent runs two separate evaluations behind the scenes - which means 2 credits are used.
