Filing a claim

If you have any concerns about your order, you can report it within 72 hours of delivery by filing a claim. After this time, if no claim is filed, the sale will be considered final, and disputes will no longer be accepted.

  3. Receive Refund
    Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll process your full refund immediately.


What’s Protected?

  • Wrong Item
    The item delivered is completely different from what was ordered.

  • Counterfeit Products
    Items found to be non-authentic.

  • Misrepresentation
    Significant flaws or issues not disclosed in the original listing.
