Branding your resale portal

In this article, we will cover some basic branding and styling customizations that you can implement across your resale portal. These customizations can be done under Customise in your resale dashboard.

a) Resale brand name

This name will be reflected across all resale email notifications to your buyers and sellers.

b) Seller portal URL

This will be the official resale portal URL for your customers to list their purchase for sale. You can publish this link anywhere on your website, socials or other email communications so that customers would be aware of your resale initiative.

c) Logo

This logo will be reflected in your seller portal and all email communications to your buyers and sellers. Feel free to upload a different variation of your logo to introduce this new resale initiative to your customers.

d) Background image

This will be image that will be displayed in your seller portal order lookup page.

e) Favicon

This is typically a smaller version of your logo that will be displayed within the website browser tab of your resale portal.

f) Primary colour

This serves as your primary colour for all action buttons in your seller portal.

g) Button text colour

This serves as the font colour of all action buttons in your seller portal. The font colour will be automatically determined based on the contrast between your primary colour and black or white.

h) FAQ link

This serves as the page to include all Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) by your buyers and sellers. This link will be reflected in your seller dashboard so that it can be easily accessed by your sellers.
