Offering store credit via Rise.ai

Our integration with Rise.ai allows you to offer store credit refunds via Rise Store Credit, functioning similarly to a Shopify gift card or discount code. Connecting to Rise allows your customers to receive their store credit refunds directly into their Rise Loyalty Program.


Connecting Rise to PostCo

In your PostCo dashboard, navigate to App Integrations, click on 'connect' for Rise.ai, and then click submit.

Once you have successfully connected your Rise account, a new return method called Rise.ai Store Credit will be added and you can proceed to enable it under Return Settings page.

Note: Rise.ai store credit is issued based your shop's currency. If a customer placed an order in a different currency, the refund amount will be converted to your shop’s currency when issuing the Rise.ai store credit.

Activating workflow in Rise

Next, in your Rise dashboard, navigate to the Workflow tab. Look for the PostCo template to edit the notification through each workflow action. Once you are done, activate the workflow and save!

What your customers would see

Customers who opted for a Rise store credit will receive an email notification from Rise. The email content consists of the refund amount being credited to the Customer Loyalty Card linked to the customer's email, allowing them to accumulate store credits from participating retailers.

Rise integration is available as an add-on on the Basic and Pro plan, inclusive for Premium plan and above.
