Customising your own shipping method for your customers
Custom Shipping Method allows you to fully tailor the return process by providing your own shipping instructions and return labels. This is particularly useful when your preferred carrier isn't integrated with the platform.
By setting up a custom shipping method, you can ensure that your returns process is perfectly aligned with your policies, delivering a seamless and consistent experience for your customers.

Description: This text will appear as a subtitle under the shipping method title, providing your customers a quick overview of what to expect.

Requires Shipment Label: Enabling this option will prompt the retailer (you) to upload a shipping label during the review stage of the return request, which will be sent to the customer for printing.
Note: We strongly recommend connecting your carrier account to automate the return process. Nevertheless, if you need to activate a custom shipping method, please reach out to our support team or your account manager.
