Visualising returns data with charts

Data visualisations are available in the Chart section under the Analytics tab. This allow you to easily track and analyse returns over time, helping you make data-driven decisions to improve your return process and customer experience.

You can filter the dates based on when a return request is submitted to focus on specific time periods.


Type of charts available

Returns over time

This chart displays all returns submitted within your selected time period, categorised by return order status: 'Pending', 'Reviewed', 'Received', 'Resolved', 'Rejected', and 'Pending Action'. This breakdown helps you monitor the progress of return requests over time.

Return methods breakdown

This chart shows a detailed breakdown of the return methods chosen by your customers — refunds, store credit, and exchanges. It's a valuable tool for understanding how much of your sales are being retained through store credit and exchanges versus refunds.

Countries breakdown

This chart provides insights into the geographic origins of your returns, helping you identify where the majority of returns are coming from.

Top return reasons

This chart offers a clear view of the most common reasons customers are returning your products, giving you insights into potential areas for improvement.

Top return items

This chart highlights the products most frequently returned by customers, helping you identify which items may require further attention.

Top customers

This chart identifies the customers who are submitting the most returns, allowing you to analyse patterns and potentially take further actions to prevent fraudulent returns.

Top SKUs

This chart shows the SKUs with the highest return rates, helping you pinpoint specific products that may need quality checks or adjustments.
