Exporting returns data reports from Analytics

Exporting your returns data is a powerful way to gain deeper insights into your return patterns and trends. By leveraging the Reports tab, you can access and analyse key metrics to help you make informed decisions.


Types of reports available:

We offer several main reports to help you drill down into specific aspects of your returns:

  • Questions: Gather additional details from customers during the return process, allowing brands to apply specific actions or determine return outcomes based on the answers provided.

  • Return Reasons: Identify the secondary reasons why customers are returning products, pinpointing patterns in product-related concerns or customer preferences.

  • Demographics: Gain insights into your customer base by filtering data by customers or by country, understanding where most of your returns are coming from geographically and the customer profiles involved.

Exporting reports

To access these reports, navigate to the Reports tab on your PostCo dashboard. You can select the specific data you wish to export under each category and apply date filters as needed.

Filtering your returns data

To tailor your reports to specific needs, you can filter the data by date, focusing on the time period when return requests were submitted. This allows you to analyse returns during key periods, such as after a product launch or during holiday seasons.

Note: The exported report will be sent to the email address listed under 'Exported Reports Recipient' in your Notifications tab.

Exporting analytics is available only on the Pro plan and above.
